1. Returns
- You may request a return within 7 Days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized posters (if applicable) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at support@thesatyuga.com with your order number and details.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
