How can I contact you?

Email emailsatyuga@gmail.com with your device name, Android version, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help us solve it faster.

My count disappeared

Counts and settings are saved on your phone. They can be lost if you uninstall the app, clear app data, or change devices without a backup. We cannot restore a count from our side because we do not store your practice on our servers.

Sound or vibration is not working

Check that the app has permission to play sound and that your phone is not on silent or Do Not Disturb. You can also turn sound and vibration on or off from the app settings.

The app is slow or crashing

Close other apps, restart your phone, and make sure Satyuga Counter is updated from Google Play. If it still crashes, email us with the steps you took before the crash.

Is there an iPhone version?

The iOS app is coming soon. Android is available now on Google Play.
