Satyuga Counter · Last updated: 14 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Satyuga Counter mobile application (the “App”), provided by Satyuga (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

Satyuga Counter is a digital mantra and japa companion. It helps you count repetitions, keep a simple practice record on your device, and use optional sound or haptic feedback. The App is a tool for personal spiritual practice. It is not a temple, priest, medical service, or substitute for your own tradition or teacher.

2. Eligibility

You may use the App if you can form a binding contract in your country and if use is allowed where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you should use the App only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial practice. You may not:

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

5. Spiritual and informational notice

Mantras, counts such as 108, artwork, and related content in the App are offered for personal inspiration. We do not guarantee any spiritual, religious, health, or other result. The App does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Satyuga or its licensors. “Satyuga” and related marks are used to identify our App. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, pause, or stop the App at any time. Features may change. The App needs a compatible device and, for downloads and updates, access to the relevant app store. We are not responsible for store outages, device limits, or your internet connection.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the counter will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that counts will never be lost.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Satyuga and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost data, lost practice records, or device issues arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the three months before the claim (or zero if the App was free).

Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we retire the App. Sections that should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue after termination.

11. Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. That policy is part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the App.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer law in your country cannot be waived.
